Who Is Required to Book a Consultation?

Consultations are required for all clients requesting personalized BHD hair services.

Clients may schedule their consultation before or after booking their desired service, provided the consultation is completed before the actual installation, customization, or hair appointment.

Consultations are especially important for:

• Luxury Sew-In Services: Discussing your desired installation, hair texture, leave-out or closure preferences, natural hair condition, and styling goals.
• Luxury Tape-In Services: Evaluating your natural hair, determining the appropriate extension quantity, discussing desired length and fullness, and reviewing installation suitability.
• BHD Handmade Customized Wigs: Obtaining precise head measurements, discussing cap construction, lace size, density, texture, length, and personalized fit.
• Custom Hair Coloring: Discussing your desired color, highlights, balayage, or color transformation, including hair history and realistic expectations.
• Custom Haircuts & Styling: Reviewing inspiration photos, preferred length, layers, shaping, and desired finished results.
• General Hair Inquiries: Receiving guidance on BHD collections, available services, customization options, pricing, and hair recommendations.

Personalized Wig Measurements

Clients purchasing a BHD Handmade Customized Wig are required to complete a personalized fitting consultation.

During this appointment, we will obtain the necessary head measurements to help ensure your custom unit is constructed according to your individual fit requirements.

We will also confirm your selected lace construction, bundle lengths, desired fullness, texture, and any additional customization requests.

Clients who have already purchased their handmade wig may schedule their consultation after checkout.

Preparing for Your Consultation

To make the most of your appointment, we encourage clients to:

• Bring inspiration photos of their desired hairstyle, haircut, or color.
• Have a clear idea of their preferred length, texture, and fullness.
• Be prepared to discuss their natural hair condition and previous chemical treatments when relevant.
• Provide any necessary details about a previously purchased BHD product or upcoming appointment.
• Arrive with hair accessible for assessment or measurements when applicable.

Consultations are mandatory for personalized BHD hair services.

You may schedule your consultation before or after reserving your desired service. However, all required consultations must be completed before your scheduled installation or customization appointment.

Please note:

• A consultation does not include hair installation, coloring, cutting, or styling.
• Consultation appointments last approximately 15–20 minutes.
• All custom requests are subject to hair availability, service suitability, and scheduling.
• Final service recommendations, customization details, and applicable pricing will be confirmed during or following your consultation.
• For handmade wigs, construction will begin only after all required measurements and customization details have been confirmed.
