Important Hair Preparation Requirements

OCTOBER – NOVEMBER APPOINTMENTS

All clients are required to arrive with their natural hair:

• Thoroughly shampooed and clean.
• Completely dry and blown out.
• Properly detangled.
• Free of oils, grease, conditioners, serums, leave-in treatments, and styling products, particularly near the extension attachment areas.

Hair must be properly prepared to ensure the tape-in adhesive bonds securely.

Clients who arrive with improperly prepared hair may be required to reschedule their appointment.

BEGINNING IN DECEMBER — DEEP HYDRATION SHAMPOO SERVICE

Beginning in December, clients will have the option to receive our BHD Deep Hydration Shampoo Service as part of their appointment experience.

This service will focus on cleansing and preparing the natural hair before installation.

Any conditioning or hydration treatments will be selected and rinsed appropriately to avoid interfering with tape-in adhesion.

Service availability and additional pricing, if applicable, will be provided during booking.

Tape-In Maintenance & Aftercare

To maintain your luxury extensions and protect your natural hair:

• Avoid washing your hair for the first 48 hours following installation, unless instructed otherwise for the adhesive used.
• Keep oils, conditioners, and heavy styling products away from tape attachment areas.
• Avoid excessive heat directly on tape bonds.
• Brush gently and support the attachment areas while detangling.
• Avoid pulling, tugging, or creating excessive tension on your extensions.
• Schedule professional maintenance and removal appointments as recommended.

Tape-in extensions generally require maintenance or repositioning every 6–8 weeks, depending on natural hair growth, adhesive condition, and individual maintenance needs.

Professional removal is strongly recommended to minimize damage to your natural hair.

Booking & Appointment Policy

A booking deposit is required to reserve your selected appointment date and time.

Your deposit will be applied toward the total service price, with the remaining balance due at your appointment.

Please ensure your desired extension length and fullness are confirmed before your scheduled service.
