Important Hair Preparation Requirements

OCTOBER – NOVEMBER APPOINTMENTS

During October and November, all clients are required to arrive with their natural hair:

• Thoroughly shampooed and clean.
• Completely blown out and detangled.
• Free of oils, grease, leave-in conditioners, gels, edge control, and other styling products.
• Dry and ready for the braid-down process.

Please note: Clients who arrive without properly prepared hair may need to reschedule their appointment.

BEGINNING IN DECEMBER — DEEP HYDRATION SHAMPOO SERVICE

Beginning in December, clients will have the option to receive our BHD Deep Hydration Shampoo Service as part of their luxury hair appointment experience.

This service is designed to cleanse the hair and scalp while replenishing moisture and preparing the natural hair for installation.

Availability and any additional pricing will be provided when booking.

Booking & Appointment Policy

A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service balance.
